Meet Paul

Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Paul qualified from Keele University in 2012 with a BSc Physiotherapy. Whilst working he went on to study his Masters and completed a MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2015. Furthermore training in multiple courses for Acupuncture.

He has 12 years of mixed experience in the physiotherapy world; from private clinics, to NHS and Stroke rehabilitation. He currently works as a First Contact Physiotherapist within multiple GP surgeries. This means he uses his advanced assessments on both acute and chronic MSK conditions.

Paul believes in a combination of hands-on therapy and exercise to help deal with clients issues in both the short and long term. Paul believes that a lot of the rehabilitation occurs outside the treatment room and will give every patient the tools they need to improve their pain and function.


Meet Josh

Sports Therapist

Josh qualified from the University of Derby in 2019 with a BSc Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation. He is currently studying his MSc in Physiotherapy to further develop his skillset and knowledge.

Additionally he is a fully qualified and insured sports massage therapist who currently has over 5 years experience in the industry enabling in him to have a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Holding a degree in Strength, conditioning & Rehabilitation enables him to specialise in sports performance but also get injured clients back to full health utilising high levels of rehabilitation and soft tissue work.

Throughout his time at university and career he has worked with all kinds clients ranging from professional sports teams, individual professional athletes to the general public enabling him to treat all ages, abilities and backgrounds.


Meet Sue

Specialist Occupational Therapist

Sue has over 40 years of Occupational Therapy (OT) experience working with adults in private practice, the NHS and social care. She qualified with a BSc Occupational Therapy in 1982 and completed her MSc from Coventry University in 2007.

Sue has worked in a wide variety of fields, such as; wheelchair services, fall prevention, specialist equipment, house adaptations, moving and handling (including single handed care) and functional assessment to help plan care needs.

Sue believes that by working closely with each individual patient, their family and their support network, she can help them live and achieve their best quality of life at home and in their community.
